Accor has named Heather McCrory CEO for North and Central America. In her new role, McCrory will have more than 115 hotels and over 28,000 employees under her purview.
She will also serve as a member of Accor’s executive committee.
A 30-year hospitality veteran, McCrory most recently served as Accor’s executive vice president of operations for North and Central America, overseeing technology, design and technical services, spa, retail, rooms and food and beverage.
