AT AN EVENT for the International Day Against Homophobia, Mexican President Peña Nieto said he hoped to change the Mexican Constitution to recognize same-sex marriage. This comes a year after the Mexican Supreme Court ruled that it was illegal for Mexican states to ban same-sex couples from getting married.
