Qatar Airways has taken delivery of its fourth state-of-the-art Gulfstream G650ER executive aircraft, the fastest ultra-long-range business jet in the world.
The latest aircraft delivery makes Qatar Airways the world’s largest owner-operator of Gulfstream G650ERs.

Gulfstream and Bombardier executive jets to passengers.
A further four brand new aircraft are expected to be welcomed into Qatar Executive’s exclusive fleet later year, when it takes delivery of another Gulfstream G650ER and three Gulfstream G500, with five more aircraft deliveries expected during 2019.
Qatar Airways was the global launch customer for the Gulfstream G500 executive jet in 2014 and the first operator in the Middle East of the Gulfstream G650ER.
Qatar Airways Group chief executive, Akbar Al Baker, said: “The demand from our customers for longer range private air travel continues to grow.
“Taking delivery of our fourth Gulfstream G650ER Executive Jet means we can continue to meet this demand.
“With its hugely impressive range, incredible speed and luxurious interior, Gulfstream’s state-of-the-art G650ER offers a superior flying experience for our most discerning passengers.”
As well as having an impressive flying range of up to 7,500 nautical miles at Mach 0.85, the G650ER also has a top speed of Mach 0.925.
Gulfstream president, Mark Burns, said: “Gulfstream delivered the first G650ER in the Middle East to Qatar Executive in 2015.
“At that time, Qatar Airways was interested in introducing a new and enhanced level of service, and determined that Gulfstream aircraft were the ideal choice to do so.
