The Waldorf Hilton has named Xavier Hubert as director of operations.
Hubert, 37, brings with him more than 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, time which has mostly been spent working for Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria brand.
In his new role, Hubert will be responsible for the hotel’s day-to-day operations.
He will also oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies and ensure the hotel’s operations meet and exceed guest expectations, all while focussing on growing revenues and maximising financial performance.
Commenting on Hubert’s appointment, Guy Hilton, general manager, The Waldorf Hilton, said: “We are delighted to welcome Xavier to The Waldorf Hilton.
“He is a proven operations leader and I am confident that he will contribute greatly to the success of the hotel.

Hubert has a broad background, during his time as director of food beverage at Waldorf Astoria Trianon Palace Versailles he worked closely with
Gordon Ramsay at the hotel’s Michelin starred restaurant.
He also worked alongside one of France’s leading pastry chefs, Eddie Benghanem.
Hubert added: “I have joined the hotel at a tremendously exciting time, as it prepares to launch a host of new service offerings.
