A French national, Leone joins the Jumeirah Group from his position as general manager of InterContinental Osaka, Japan.
Prior to this, he worked as the general manager of Crowne Plaza Doha – The Business Park, Qatar, for four years where he led the pre-opening team.
With a focus on exceeding guest expectations and instilling a culture of service excellence, Leone’s expertise of over 20 years in the luxury hospitality spans Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
He held the role of several senior management positions in InterContinental properties, such as resident manager of InterContinental Doha, executive assistant of food and beverage in Cairo, as well food and beverage manager in London and assistant food and beverage manager in Dubai.

In his new role, Leone, who speaks fluent French, English, and Italian, will be responsible for running the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa which offers 316 rooms and suites, 79 residential suites, a Royal Suite, 12 private luxurious villas, Talise Spa, and seven unique restaurants.
The luxury resort is situated in the secluded area of Messilah along the shores of the Arabian Gulf, with easy access to Kuwait’s Central Business District, airport, and major attractions.
