Swiss leisure airline, Edelweiss Air, will offer a once-a-week non-stop, scheduled service next year between Switzerland and the Seychelles.

The flights will operate between Zurich and Mahé from September 22.

Flights will depart Zurich on Saturdays at 19h20 and arrive in Mahé on Sundays at 07h40. The return flight departs Mahé on Sundays at 23h05, and lands in Zurich at 06h10 the next day.

The flight will be serviced by a 314-seat Airbus A340-300, configured with 27 lie-flat seats in business class, 76 in Economy Max and 211 in economy class.

Edelweiss Air is an affiliate of Swiss International Air Lines and is a member of the Lufthansa Group. It operates to 66 destinations in 32 countries.
