Cruise line Seabourn has announced its first world cruise in six years. The 146-day World Cruise: Extraordinary Destinations will take place in 2020 on Seabourn Sojourn and will stop in 13 ports across southern and East Africa.

Departing Miami on January 4, the cruise will visit 62 ports in 36 countries before arriving at its final destination, San Francisco on May 28.

The Seabourn Sojourn will arrive in Luanda, Angola, on February 4. Thereafter, it will stop in Walvis Bay and Lüderitz in Namibia, Cape Town, Durban and Richard’s Bay in South Africa, Ilha de Moçambique off the coast of Mozambique, Nosy-Be in Madagascar, Zanzibar, Mombasa in Kenya, Victoria and Praslin in Seychelles and Malé in Maldives, departing to Asia on March 6.

Several exclusive world cruise events are planned, as well as local shows, regional cuisines, and palate-pleasing wines for guests to enjoy as they sail around the globe.
