A LUXURY food tour by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts will take off in a private jet, and will feature acclaimed chef Réne Redzepi from the world’s third best restaurant based in Copenhagen, Noma.

The three-week itinerary – dubbed Culinary Discoveries – will kick-start in May 2017 in Seoul, and continue to Tokyo, Hong Kong, Chiang Mai, Mumbai, Florence, Lisbon and Copenhagen before culminating in Paris.

The journey will take guests through some of the world’s best restaurants at each city stop, as well as allow guests to join top chefs in their private kitchens and travel to markets to taste the best of local produce.

Along the way, guests will also participate in hosted talks and conversations about the past, present and future of food. At each city, guests will put up at Four Seasons hotels and resorts.

The flight will include an on-board chef and concierge, leather lie-in beds handcrafted in Italy, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.

The tour will cost US$135,000 per person.
