Montage and Pendry hotels to be part of La Quinta project

The 140-room Montage La Quinta luxury hotel will be part of Southern California’s SilverRock resort project near Palm Springs, and will open in late 2019.

Montage International will open two hotels in the SilverRock resort project that’s being built in La Quinta, near Palm Springs, Calif.

The 140-room Montage La Quinta and 200-room Pendry La Quinta are due to open in late 2019. Both hotels will have a branded residential component ranging from two to five bedrooms.

The resort will include an Arnold Palmer-branded golf course and a village.

The developer, Robert Green Co., has built the Park Hyatt Resort Aviara near San Diego and the Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, and it is building the a Pendry hotel in San Diego.

SilverRock is located 30 miles from Palm Springs and about 3 miles southeast of the iconic La Quinta Resort & Club.
