Veteran cruise sales executive Joni Rein has left Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours, the Australian travel company that operates a fleet of river ships in Europe and is launching a luxury expedition yacht later this year.
Rein had joined Scenic a year and a half ago as vice president of sales and marketing.
Prior to that, she had been vice president of worldwide sales at Carnival Cruise Line. Rein previously worked for Costa Cruises and Renaissance Cruises.
A Scenic spokesman said no decision has been made on a replacement.
The 228-passenger Scenic Eclipse yacht is scheduled to debut in August.
