Then they’ll travel by boat to spend three nights in a cabana at Ray Caye Resort.
The trip includes all ground and boat transfers, plus one romantic dinner for two on the pier at Chabil Mar Villas. You could rent a car in Belize City and drive down the scenic Hummingbird Highway. Otherwise, after you arrive in Placencia’s small airport you will get transferred to your suite by the sea at Chabil Mar Villas. This is the closest luxe resort to the town of Placencia and is on a nice stretch of sand with a pier.
Then you’ll travel by boat out to the famous reef that attracts scuba divers from around the world. You’ll stay on the private island of Ray Caye, where you can pretend you’ve escaped from the paparazzi. You won’t be “off the grid” though. This is a luxurious hideaway where you can still check your e-mail if you must.
