The mini-golf course has been moved up to Deck 14 in a month-long dry dock of the Carnival Cruise Line ship Carnival Paradise

The Carnival Paradise now holds 2,128 passengers, a 3.7% increase, following a month-long drydock that added 38 cabins and 98 balconies to the 20-year-old vessel.

Workers also added a RedFrog Rum Bar, BlueIguana Tequila Bar, BlueIguana Cantina and Guy’s Burger Joint to the ship.

Kids got an upgraded space in Camp Ocean and Circle “C” as well as a WaterWorks Aqua Park with the enclosed 300-foot-long Twister water slide.

The mini-golf was relocated to Deck 14 and the retail mix has been changed. The print photo gallery has been succeeded by a digital Pixels platform, letting guests find and buy images with their smartphones.

The new staterooms include two Grand Vista suites, 22 junior suites, two oceanview cabins and 12 interiors.

The Paradise resumes sailing from Tampa on several itineraries, including four- and five-day cruises to western Caribbean ports such as Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Mahogany Bay and Key West, and four- to eight-day cruises that include a visit to Cuba.
