The Lotte Hotel Seattle opened its doors on Sept. 24. The downtown Seattle property houses 189 rooms, a spa and fitness center, 15 event and meetings spaces and signature dining venue Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge. The hotel is the third Lotte Hotels and Resorts property in the U.S., joining the Lotte New York Palace on Manhattan and the Lotte Hotel Guam.

The Hotel Haya in Ybor City, Fla., began welcoming guests on Sept. 24. Comprising 178 rooms, the property also features three food and beverage concepts, including upscale Latin-inspired venue Flor Fina, Cuban eatery Cafe Quiquiriqui and an outdoor pool bar. The Hotel Haya is part of the Aparium Hotel Group portfolio.

The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is scheduled to open on Oct. 1. The 155-room property in the city’s Financial District will be the second Four Seasons hotel in San Francisco.

Microhotel brand Yotel has begun taking reservations for its new Washington location, with bookings available for stays starting Oct. 9. The property will feature 377 rooms, more than 21,000 square feet of meetings and event space and a restaurant. Come spring, the Yotel Washington DC also plans to debut a rooftop bar and pool venue. The outpost is Yotel’s fourth location in the U.S.

France’s Barriere Group is opening its Hotel Barriere Le Carl Gustaf on St. Barts in October. The 23-room property will include two restaurants: the French- and Caribbean-influenced Le Fouquet’s and beachside concept Shellona. It will be Barriere Group’s inaugural venture in the Caribbean.

The Mitsui Tokyo is set to open Nov. 3. The 161-room hotel will feature a pair of signature dining concepts, including Toki, which will blend traditional Japanese cuisine with French culinary techniques, and the Italian-inspired restaurant Forni. The property will also offer a spa with a communal thermal hot spring. The Mitsui Tokyo will be part of Marriott International’s Luxury Collection portfolio.

The Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana plans to open its doors this February. The 347-room resort originally planned to debut earlier this year. It will be the first Dominican Republic-based property to join Posadas’ La Coleccion Resorts portfolio as well as the first Live Aqua flag planted outside of Mexico.

The Chatwal Lodge in Bethel, N.Y., has announced plans to open April 1. The 30-acre, lakeside project will feature 10 suites, a 1,000-square-foot treehouse and an 850-square-foot “glam tent.” The Chatwal Lodge will mark Dream Hotel Group’s second Chatwal-branded property, joining the flag’s Chatwal New York hotel on Manhattan.
