The Makulu houseboat is set to relaunch next month in the Kariba Dam, Zimbabwe.
It will now be under new management after Makulu House Boats recently bought the boat from Makulu House Boat Charters.
Makulu House Boats Spokesperson, Innocent Siboniso, says the 20-seat, triple-deck boat is being refurbished.
“Currently we are working on the houseboat to make it seaworthy as we prepare for another launch. We are servicing the engine and other related maintenance works,” he says.
