The Riverside Hotel in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, has decided to operate independently after 20 years, breaking away from operating as part of the Three Cities Group and, more recently, aha.
The four-star, full-service hotel has 169 rooms and suites, conference facilities, a day spa, hair salon, café and cocktail bar. Keith Bentley, General Manager of the hotel, says: “The changes in our management structure allow for greater autonomy and consequently a more focused approach to the highest levels of service and a quicker response to enquiries.”
All current rates and reservations will be honoured by the hotel.
