La Petite Colombe in Franschhoek, Western Cape will be opening in August.
La Petite Colombe will be replacing ‘The Tasting Room’ at Le Quartier Français, a new partnership with Leeu Collection.
Proprietor chefs and business partners, Scot Kirton and Head Chef, James Gaag, will be leading the new selected team. The kitchen will be headed by La Colombe chef, John Norris-Rogers, who will be working with chefs Kirton and Gaag.
The restaurant has an eight and 12 course tasting menus.
