TRAVELATIONS, an online conference taking place on May 4 and 5, will aim to engage “silent travelers”, or travelers who plan ahead but rarely communicate with or provide feedback to marketers.

According to the event website, the rise of the silent traveler presents new challenges in conversion rates for travel and hospitality operators.

The conference will have over 150 industry experts discuss and debate customer experience management trends, ideas and strategies on how to not only engage, but also impress silent travelers.

Besides that, the conference will take a closer look at understanding the Asia-Pacific region as well as answer the question ‘What is the new-age traveler all about and how are they different?’.

Some of the speakers include representatives from Booking.com, AccorHotels, Google APAC, Hilton Worldwide, Air France KLM and Asia Pacific Skyscanner. Those in the hospitality industry can register to attend the conference.
