Fairmont the Palm will host a week-long Rio Carnival Festival at its Brazilian Churrascaria Frevo.

Guests can get a taste and experience the excitement of the Rio Carnival in Brazil, without having to go too far from home.

Until March 9th, guests can sit back and savour a dining experience reminiscent of the Copacabana and the lively de Janeiro nightlife at Frevo, Fairmont the Palm’s Brazilian restaurant.

One of the city’s only authentic Brazilian Churrascaria experiences, Frevo offers different cuts of meat, all carved in espeto corridor style, originating from south Brazil, where barbequed meat on skewers are carved and served straight at the table.

Exclusively for the carnival celebrations, Frevo will serve the infamous Cupim too, a rich, marbled soft and tender beef cut found almost exclusively in Brazil and Brazilian cuisine (seafood and vegetarian menus available).

Boasting a large selection of vibrant and colourful salads with a ‘Salad-ista’ preparing customized dishes for guests as well as decadent desserts such as the chocolate Samba, fruit carnival and churros, the Brazilian Churrascaria experience will be complete with live entertainment and a DJ to set the Latino-vibe ambiance.

Fairmont Rio De Janeiro Copacabana

If you want to experience the real-deal though, Fairmont Rio De Janeiro Copacabana, the first Fairmont branded resort to open in Latin America, will be offering an unforgettable experience for a lucky guest.

Located in one of the most spectacular places in Rio de Janeiro, the Copacabana Beach lays under the majestic gaze of Sugar Loaf Mountain and is inspired by the glamour carioca in the 1950s.
