Studio suites and free-standing one- and two-bedroom cottages will open for the first phase of Rock House, a residential resort under development in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

Completion is slated for 2020.

The Rock House project will include single-family estates in its second phase.

The cottages will feature stone facades from the landscape’s limestone cliffs. Each cottage will feature a plunge pool, outdoor terraces, bathrooms with outdoor shower gardens, 13-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

The property also will include a 100-foot infinity pool, a hilltop restaurant, a secluded beach and jetty, a spa, tennis courts, and jogging trails.

The cottages are for sale to private owners, who will have the option of placing them in a rental pool when not owner-occupied.

Price tags for purchase range from $600,000 to $1.4 million.

The developer is Mark Durliat, CEO and co-founder of Grace Bay Resorts.

“We are re-imagining what it means to escape to the islands, and buyers are responding,” Durliat said. “Rock House will deliver an elegant property with timeless appeal that cannot be found in a traditional oceanfront condominium.”
