Qatar Airways is providing refunds or reroutings for customers who hold tickets for flights to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt or Bahrain.

The move comes after the airline suspended all flights to those countries. On Monday, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and the UAE cut diplomatic ties with Qatar and shut down land, sea and air links, accusing it of supporting terror groups in the region. Qatar has denied the allegations.

In a Tuesday announcement to the travel trade, Qatar Airways said it will rebook affected passengers on another airline to get them to their destination. However, rebookings won’t be done on either Etihad or Emirates.

Ticket holders for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE can also rebook to fly to nearby destinations in Kuwait or Oman, while passengers holding tickets to Egypt can choose flights to Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon or Oman.

The airline will also either refund tickets or allow passengers to rebook on Qatar to their original destination on a future date.

New dates of travel must be within 30 days of the original travel date. Only one free change will be allowed.
