The Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel has added five private luxury residences designed by noted local architect Ray Kappe that buyers can rent back to the hotel to make available for long-term stays.

The Mr. C Residences, which are located adjacent to the 137-room hotel, are comprised of four-story units ranging in size from 1,900 to 3,358 square feet. Each unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, private elevators, gourmet kitchens with Miele appliances and views spanning Century City to the Hollywood Hills.

The residences, which are being offered for sale from between $5 million and $8 million, also include design touches such as limestone flooring and redwood ceilings as well as custom-built marble bars and outdoor hot tubs.

Owners and renters will have access to the hotel’s pool, spa, valet and gym as well as a chauffeured luxury vehicle.

Kappe, whose own home was dedicated by the city of Los Angeles as a Cultural Heritage Landmark, was the founder of the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
